SABANCI GOLDEN COLLAR AWARDS INFORMATION NOTICE FOR JURY MEMBERS

As Hacı Ömer Sabancı Holding Joint Stock Company (“Sabancı Holding”), we show utmost sensitivity to ensure that your personal data are processed and protected in compliance with the principles of privacy of private life and protection of fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals as regulated in the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, as well as in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and its secondary regulations and other relevant legal regulations.

This Sabancı Golden Collar Awards Information Notice for Jury Members (“Information Notice”) has been prepared to inform you about the personal data processing activities that will be carried out by Sabancı Holding regarding your personal data.

1. The Purpose and Legal Grounds for Processing Your Personal Data, and Methods of Collection

As Sabancı Holding, by accepting to be a Jury Member in the Sabancı Golden Collar Awards Competition, we process, store, and ensure the security of your personal data specified below, again for the purposes and legal grounds specified below, in a manner that is relevant, limited, and proportionate to these purposes; in physical and electronic environments (company internal systems) through automatic and non-automatic methods in accordance with the principles stated in Article 4 of KVKK.

2. To Whom and for What Purposes Are Your Personal Data Transferred?

How Can You Use Your Rights Regarding the Processing of Your Personal Data?

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you can submit your requests within the scope of your rights below via https://www.sabanci.com/tr/iletisim or in writing, in person, or by a notary public to Sabancı Center, 4. Levent, Istanbul, Turkey. Additionally, you can use your registered email address (KEP) to send an email to the KEP address of Sabancı Holding: sabanciholding@hs02.kep.tr or by sending an email with a secure electronic signature/mobile signature to the address kvkk@sabanci.com. You have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data are processed or not,
• Request information if your personal data have been processed,
• Learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether they are used in compliance with the purpose,
• Know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom personal data have been transferred,
• Request the rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data, if any, and request the notification of the operations carried out within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred,
• Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data despite being processed under the provisions of KVKK and other relevant laws, and request the notification of the operations carried out within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred,
• Object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the data processed exclusively through automated systems,
• Claim compensation for the damage arising from the unlawful processing of your personal data.

According to the type of your request and method of application, Sabancı Holding may request additional verifications to determine whether the application belongs to you or not, and accordingly, request additional documents and information. For example, if you apply through your registered email address (KEP), Sabancı Holding may contact you via another communication method and ask for confirmation regarding your application. Your requests in your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on their nature. However, if the operation requires an additional cost, Sabancı Holding may charge the fee specified in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

This Information Notice may be updated periodically in accordance with changes in the law or Sabancı Holding’s data processing practices. In the event of an update, the current version will be published on www.sabanci.com.
